  • Before asbestos removal can commence, 5 days notification to WHS & your neighbours is required by law

  • Asbestos Removalist Must be insured, ( PUBLIC LIABILITY - WORKERS COMPENSATION ) 

  • Only licensed asbestos removalists can legally remove, handle, asbestos materials in Queensland.

  • Class A and Class B asbestos removal licences issued under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 does not permit to transport ASBESTOS companies must have a EPA license Under the Environmental Protection Regulation 2019  

  • On Site Paper work (ARCP- asbestos removal control plan) (SWMS-asbestos safety work method statement)  MUST BE ON SITE AT ALL TIMES
